Portuguese Endocrinology Congress

Quilaban was present in the 2015 Portuguese Endocrinology Congress, 66th Annual Meeting of SPEDM, between the 22nd and 25th of January in Funchal, Madeira island. To this congress attended 750 participants and some famous figures like Prof. Shaukat Sadikot, elected president of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), Dr. Alberto João Jardim and Dr. Francisco George, general director of health.

Among the speakers and moderators were present reference names in the field of Endocrinology-Diabetology like José Boavida, Manuela Carvalheiro, João Jácome de Castro, Luis Raposo, José Luis Medina, Celestino Neves, Luis Correia Gardet, among others. Were addressed the most varied subjects and revealed the news regarding diabetes, dyslipidemia, pituitary, thyroid, oncology, pregnancy, among others.
