Quilaban was recognised in the 2024 edition of the People Engagement Awards, an initiative that celebrates organisations with best practices in employee engagement and well-being. This year, we secured 1st place in the “Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Sector”, an initiative by Cegoc in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education.
This award reflects the company’s commitment to fostering healthy and motivating work environments.
The recognition is based on the results of the People Engagement Survey, an annual study that evaluates the level of engagement, satisfaction, and well-being of employees in Portugal.
