To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f) for our Clinical Diagnostics division to join us on this mission.

Reporting directly to the Clinical Diagnostics Coordinator, the main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Understanding the customer base in the area and developing product positioning strategies;
  • Providing technical and scientific support to clients, working alongside the Applications Specialists team to introduce products and implement routine use;
  • Continuously assessing the quality of the product portfolio and its suitability for customer needs;
  • Supporting the existing structure in designing and preparing technical documentation to accompany responses to tenders and customer inquiries;
  • Collaborating in portfolio definition, procurement, evaluation, and validation of new suppliers and products, in line with the strategy for integrating specific product/service characteristics;
  • Assisting Sales Managers in identifying positions and proposing products from the portfolio in quotation requests, whenever Customer Managers require support, in collaboration with the Applications Specialists;
  • Planning travel and accommodation and participating in the promotion of products at events, exhibitions, and congresses.

What we expect from you:

  • A degree in healthcare or another relevant field for the role;
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Immunology;
  • At least one year of laboratory experience, preferably in Clinical Diagnostics, such as hospital centres or research institutions, along with product management and/or marketing experience;
  • Experience in data analysis is highly valued;
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Highly motivated individual with perseverance and determination;
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure sales environments;
  • Strong verbal communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and effectively at all levels;
  • Ability to set priorities and exceptional organisational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Immediate availability (preferred).
