We are looking for a Product Manager Diabetes (m/f/x)
Apply nowReporting directly to the Pharma Product Managers Coordinator, the role holder will have the following key responsibilities:
- Design the development strategy for the Diabetes area based on annual and quarterly work cycles;
- Interpret strategic guidelines and collaborate on the implementation of operational plans to achieve objectives;
- Monitor the annual budget defined for the responsible product segment;
- Translate the Diabetes product development plan into operational plans for execution by the Commercial Team;
- Ensure the management of the marketing mix components associated with products and services targeted at Diabetes solutions;
- Monitor market dynamics and competitors in the field of responsibility;
- Study and segment customers to optimize the positioning of the offer;
- Effectively manage different customer relationship channels;
- Manage marketing channels;
- Promote alignment between different stakeholders based on a customer-oriented approach focused on product or service quality;
- Ensure the implementation of a customer engagement strategy, including healthcare professionals and patients, to enhance the value and recognition of integrated Diabetes solutions;
- Develop support materials for commercial visits and Diabetes specialist teams;
- Integrate feedback from the commercial structure and specialists to enhance the Upstream approach;
- Provide occasional support to field teams during on-site visits.
What We Expect from You:
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent;
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Diabetes area);
- Strong scientific knowledge of Diabetes pathology;
- Experience in product management, development, and/or strategic marketing is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Highly motivated individual with perseverance and determination;
- Strong verbal communication skills (ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels);
- Ability to define priorities and good organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Immediate availability (preferred).
