On 16 May, we became signatories of the Portuguese Diversity and Inclusion Charter. This European Commission initiative, promoted in Portugal by APPDI – the Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion, encourages the adoption of practices that ensure equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and the appreciation of diversity in the workplace.
