To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for an Account Manager – Diagnostics Solutions to join this mission in the Central Region.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Clinical Diagnostics, the person in this role will have the following main responsibilities:

Manage the assigned client portfolio with the objective of promoting and selling Quilaban’s solutions.

Achieve the established sales targets defined in the annual sales plan.

Prepare a weekly plan and provide a weekly report of the activities carried out.

Identify positions and technical specifications to be addressed in Public Tenders, in coordination with the Public Tender Manager and Application Specialists, and whenever possible, review the final proposal before it is sent to the client.

Strengthen and build loyalty among existing clients, ensuring follow-up of client satisfaction surveys.

Conduct and/or prepare training sessions, demonstrations, and/or product adaptations on specific equipment within the client portfolio.

Collect, record, and keep updated all relevant client and competitor information through the preparation of a detailed monthly sales report.

Monitor the installed base of equipment in the area and its profitability.

Participate in national and international congresses as defined by the Diagnostics Area Director, including support with logistics.
What we expect from you:
-
Degree in healthcare or other relevant area for the role;

Laboratory experience, preferably in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Immunology (minimum 2 years);

Commercial experience with Clinical Diagnostics clients (preferred);

Proven experience and solid knowledge of the Clinical Diagnostics market;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with negotiation abilities;

Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on products, solutions, and market trends;

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
-
Teamwork skills, contributing to a cooperative and productive environment;

Availability to travel throughout the national territory, with the main area of activity being the Central Region of the country (Leiria to Gaia);

Proficiency in MS Office tools;

Fluency in English;

Immediate availability (preferred).
