Quilaban participated in the 22nd Portuguese Congress of Diabetes, promoted by the Portuguese Society of Diabetology, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and proximity to the scientific and clinical community.
Quilaban was present at the 22nd Portuguese Congress of Diabetes, one of the main meeting and knowledge-sharing moments between healthcare professionals and specialists dedicated to the field of diabetology in Portugal.
Over three days, the congress provided a space for discussion on current challenges and the latest advances in the field, enabling Quilaban to closely follow scientific and clinical developments in disease care and strengthen its connection with the specialist community.
During the event, Quilaban also had the opportunity to present some of its solutions, designed for people living with diabetes. Highlights included the CareSens Dual glucometer, which allows the measurement of glucose and β-ketones in a single device, and Capteur Protect adhesives, developed to protect and extend the use of continuous glucose monitoring sensors. The presence also featured support from Lena Fayolle, from Capteur Protect.
Participation in the Portuguese Congress of Diabetes, which took place on 5th, 6th and 7th March, reinforces Quilaban’s commitment to contributing to a simple, precise and humanised approach to diabetes care, maintaining close engagement with healthcare professionals and aligned with continuous innovation in the sector.
The CareSens Dual glucometer is a medical device for in vitro diagnostics, which requires careful reading of the information contained in the labelling and manual. Capteur Protect brand products are medical devices. They require careful reading of the information contained in the labelling.
