Illumina is one of the top ten most innovative healthcare companies in 2022

Every year, Fast Company magazine compiles a list of the 50 most innovative companies in the world across various business sectors.

This year, our reference partner Illumina was ranked fifth among the ten most innovative companies in healthcare for the year 2022.

This distinction is the result of Illumina's work on the development of COVID-19 sequencing assays, which enabled smaller labs to monitor different variants via the COVIDSeq Assay.

In January 2021, it also launched Connected Analytics, a platform that aims to exchange data from COVID-19 tests and analyze them online, enabling a more efficient and effective way to analyze all of the data and information obtained by the various laboratories.
